Oh there is lots

Heinlein's the moon is a harsh mistress is the obvious.

Anything by Robert Anton wilson

the setting for Snow crash is clearly anarcho capitalist

films like Logan's run and Rollerball are anti state classics.

I think any sci fi story about an evil government could be used.

The only sci fi I really like is the Enders Game series. And I could probably draw lots of different libertarian points from it even though its not really about libertarianism.

The Probability Broach by L. Neil Smith is (very hard to find, but) fantastic! It's about a cop who travels into an alternate U.S. history where the government never grew beyond its constitutional limits (and in many cases not even that large).

Most Heinlein stuff is great (as stated above). But also, if you have months to kill, pick up Atlas Shrugged. Although not traditionally considered scifi, I was surprised by how many scifi elements the story contains.

Jack Vance is fairly individualistic and libertarian, though not explicitly political (which is better, in my opinion).

Atlas Shrugged is pulp fiction, which is where science fiction (as well as comic books, weird horror and modern fantasy) come from.
