Well, this sums up the logic behind the existence of the state: having some criminals in charge, for fear of another (small) group of criminals.

While you are footloose you might want to take the opportunity to get a job teaching English in some place like Uruguay, China, etc.  You might develop an appreciation for flamenco guitar, or in other ways involve yourself in music while abroad having fun.

PS.  Perhaps the cheapest and easiest way to get to China is to take a Gate 1 tour there.

Flamenco dance and music is from spaniard folklore, not uruguayan. Still Uruguay is one of the best LA countries in almost every indicator, even if they don't practice much Flamenco  Smiley
