Weaponizing taxes is more Progressive, I suppose. California Progressives use taxation as a weapon to injure people who engage in activities they don't like. And there's nothing in the State Constitution which prohibits it. When a tax increase on anything is proposed, Californians will usually vote for it. There isn't a tax that we don't like.

We want the State to be as powerful as it can possibly be.

Meh, CA's real problem is that there isn't spending they don't like but there are taxes they don't like, property taxes, income taxes on anyone who isn't rich, etc.  They do love sin taxes though.  God forbid you smoke there.  They love tax on people who can't do math, the lottery.

That's all of those I'm allowed. Thanks for the laugh!

The real problem in Kalifornia is that they are ruled by ideologues who refuse to look at reality. They prefer pretty dreams, no matter how much human suffering they cause.

Socialism is defined as payments to persons based on said persons' good accomplishments (see Webster's Third New International Dictionary for exact definition of socialism; it's like payments for working on a farm).  What I'm talking about is the reverse of socialism (payments from persons based on persons' bad accomplishments).

Yes, a tax on petroleum fuel for vehicles is a good idea because such fuel hurts other people.

I do favor abolition of tariffs because they cause governments on gaia to be at war with each other, and I favor total and complete abolition of all "United" States Federal income taxes except for my recommendation of 30% taxation of gambling via internet.

No, those are wages and salaries paid to workers.

Socialism is when you take from what workers have earned, let the government have a very big cut, and give the rest to completely unproductive people.

Only if you force them to drink it.

Jeff, did you read Webster's Third New International Dictionary definition of socialism, and if so, then what did it exactly say?

I meant that fuel, after it's turned to exhaust, hurts people's lungs.  Personally, I believe we must end the use of internal combustion engines that use petroleum or hydrocarbon fuels.

Another tax I recommend is an 8% sales tax on the following weapons: scalar, near fatal biological, near fatal chemical, gravitational, nuclear, anti-vehicular land and water mines, and antimatter.

Some people that you say are "unproductive" aren't unproductive because I know a guy that has undifferentiated schizophrenia and he receives about $700 a month for having that mental disability; he recommended to Congress to have a statue for every United States Armed Forces person that was KIA.

In "socialist" countries, sure, you are correct. Cuba is full of hugely polluting 1950's American cars.

The Soviet Bloc built cars that were worse than open crude oil fires at the wellhead.

But you like that "socialist" shit?

Some socialism, i.e. payments for farmworking, are good because they inspire those people working on farms to do more work and that leads to more production (the anti-thesis of unproductive).  Unfortunately too much socialism can cause those working to become obsessed and deranged with working and thus they make more mistakes because of that stress (or distress depending on how you, I, and others comprehend that).

Paying people to do farm work is free market stuff.

Paying big corporate farms to grow lots of corn that will be burned as fuel ( Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy) is the real antithesis of counter productive.
