Jeff, counties and cities and towns can have huge health and safety inspection fees of of prostitution services and sellings of very violent fictional media products (such as Grand Theft Auto videogames and Dragonball Z episodes) , that are in those jurisdictions, and those fees can pay for some of those obligatory investments to United States Treasury.
OK, thanks, you've confirmed my suspicions.

Jeff, what are those suspicions of yours that I apparently confirmed?

The other way to raise $ for United States Treasury is to put a $1M tax on the annual income of each person that is registered to vote and also refuses to vote in a Presidential General Election of the United States. Exceptions can be made like if for examples: said person(s) are in hospital(s) getting health care, at home getting health care, in an obligatory rehabilitation center (such as a jail or prison), or have been declared incapacitated by a judge.

We can also raise fines to prevent more accidents and have a directly proportional multiplier applied to every subsequent fine equal to the person's first offense of that crime minus 1.  So for example: if a person doesn't wear her or his seatbelt and is ticketed for first time not wearing seatbelt, then no fine, but second time is $10,000 multiplied by: 2-1=$10,000 total for that fine.

We can also impose proportional fees on lethally designed "fictional" weapons (like BattleTech weapons) related electronic signals that go through Echeleon to cover the cost of investigating them to determine if those kinds of signals are threatening or not.

Which deductions should there be from obligatory investments?

I and chipburcham recommend (but don't want obligated):

1, fair and equitable vehicle metallic structure tonnage lessening (of top and sides and floor) replaced with grapheme or hempplastic (that will save fuel or electricity for USA and that will also reduce damages that theoretically can occur at accidents).  So basically if a person owns a semi tractor trailer and replaces much of its metallic structure with grapheme or hempplastic, then she or he gets a deduction on her or his obligatory investments form (the new name for a 1040 return) of an amount equal to

sum of: cost of tonnage of metallic structure replaced (or not used but not to be confused with not purchased)

plus cost of grapheme or hempplastic structure for said semi tractor trailer.

2, fair and equitable cost(s) cost(s) of food(s) and medicine(s) for all domesticated pet(s).

3, fair and equitable cost(s) of gunsafe(s) or gunssafe(s).

4, personal expenses deduction, basically that is like itemized deduction for yourself or dependent(s).

Taxes paid aren't "investments".

Neither are government expenditures.

You need a dictionary too!

Also, chipburcham and I both support some other deductions like for educating expenses such as school official(s) using her or his or their money to purchase one or more school supplies for use or for student(s) to use.

And I bet you're proud!

All the worthy people should get big deductions, right?

That's charity. Charitable contributions are deductible now if you have enough of them.

You sound like someone who would want to be asking why we pay the most in the west for education and get the worst results, but you don't want to engage in that question.  Why is that?
