Trump's Audacious Immunity Claim

"His desperate attempt to stop a grand jury from seeing his tax returns invokes kingly powers that would put the president above the law."

It's not nearly as "audacious" is that they are ignoring Trump's fourth amendment rights completely.  He should claim whatever he can.  But you whhhhaaaannnnnnttttttt them, don't you Jeff?  What's the Constitution when your beloved Democrats can ignore the Constitution and subpoena Trump's returns just because they can get away with it?

You didn't read the article, did you?

How do you think Trump's 4th Amendment rights are being violated?

Yesterday, Fox News guest Lars Larson blurted out the name of the Whistleblower after Fox exec expressly forbade it.

In an effort to cover up the faux pas, Fox spokesman issued the following statement:

“Fox News has not confirmed or independently verified the name of the whistleblower."

Not surprisingly, the Whistleblower turned out to be a leftist partisan hack who was fired from the National Security Council for leaks, and was one of the planners for the Trump-Russia Collusion hoax.

His name is unimportant.  What's important is his motive.  He wants to destroy the President.

Any impeachment based on this person's allegations of wrongdoing will be dismissed by the Senate. (my opinion/prediction)

Don't worry, Fox reporters are on it, eager to get the truth:

“Fox News has not confirmed or independently verified the name of the whistleblower"

Give them a little time. Edit: Do you think it's a good idea, as a rule, to expose whistle blowers during an investigation of their allegations?

It's not.

I think it possible that the person who named the alleged whistleblower has probably committed a federal crime, or at least violated a few regulations...

52% of Americans feel the Democrats have done a bad job handling the inquiry

48% feel they have done a good job.

80% of Americans have an opinion on whether the president deserves to be impeached;

43% say he does.

40% say he does not.

17% say it's too soon to tell.

73% of Americans have already made up their mind if Trump is guilty or not.

27% say they could change their opinion after evidence is presented.

73% think he should be impeached. That's an indictment from the People, right?  Anything more than 50% of those voting is a mandate, right?

Congress is derelict in it's duty (again) if proceedings are not begun soon.

You certainly didn't learn to read graphs or to interpret statistics or basic reading comprehension in your management jobs.  Were you teaching teenagers to cook fries?

No, no   Jeff.

73% of Americans HAVE ALREADY MADE UP THEIR MINDS ABOUT IMPEACHMENT.

Some (of those 73%) have made up their mind that Trump SHOULD NOT be impeached - no matter how much evidence is presented during the hearings.

I'm a propagandist kaz.

52% is a "mandate" isn't it? That's the claim of some recent Presidents anyway... Why shouldn't it apply when 52% of the people want impeachment to proceed?
