Pick one where the Communist Party is in charge. How about North Korea? Do they permit "labor mobility"? (To your almost inevitable reply of 'yes' I have to say  Cheesy.)

No. But any communist country that has managed to free itself from US influence and blackmail, quickly gains labour mobility. This is a big part of what Trump and the Repubs. fear with Cuba and the reason he's destroying Obama's progress.  And Russia, which is no longer a communist country is another example.

Communism isn't the end answer, but in some cases it's the temporary answer in order to combat US aggression and dirty tricks. The US wants all countries to fall into practicing it's form of corrupt capitalism. The end answer is a mix of capitalism and socialism and you know what we call that!

Cuba took the only possible way out with it's revolution. N.Korea will evolve too, along with China. And of course, N.Korea is strictly controlled by China, it's big nuclear armed friend. There's not going to be any equivalent of the Bay of Pigs invasion on N.Korea. China won't allow it, in the same way the US won't allow the destruction of the ME's apartheid regime.

But it doesn't actually exist anywhere under communism and never has? Not even when Communist Parties sent millions of people from cities out into the farmlands without even giving them hoes? That was large scale "labor mobility".

What you are actually fantasizing is that individuals under communism will have the right to make free economic decisions.

That will never happen ever.

If people are free to make their own economic decisions, lots of them will save money, start businesses (including banks,) invest in banks (including through savings accounts so the banks can invest the money and start more businesses...) and then establish governments to protect the fruits of their labor... What (classical) liberals most often call a "free market economy" will be created.

Marxist will call it evil and try to destroy it. Famine will result... people will be thrown into poverty and kept there buy "laws"ad nauseum.
