Yeah, I was pretty sure it would be nothing but a kneejerk reaction with you because it might seem to be the libertarian position. Not an ounce of evidence to show it's due them or even the reason why they are trying.

You're probably not aware of it, but most Americans empathise with people in other countries who strive for independence and liberty.  We have a long history of doing that ourselves.

I hope you are learning from all these mistakes you are making. Not in being wrong but on having nothing to base it on.

They may seem like mistakes to you and other globalists, but they're really not.

Catalans deserve their independence. ~3500 Catalonians were killed in 1938 during the bloodiest Battle of the Ebro [Spanish Civil War], and thousands more were forced into exile.

You think that will work out better than being ruled by Spain under the EU? Tyrannical governments everywhere will try to make it hard for them... Maybe EU Armies will conquer and occupy them?

I hope they've thought it through... Including the possibility that Communists will take over their government.

Did you and the Chief know that it's communists who are leading the Catalonia separation effort?  No real Nazi would support that!

I didn't, no. Unless you have evidence, I still don't... I hope it's not true.

Absolutely I do. Any time there's an opportunity to escape from an oppressive government, it must be siezed. Also, Spain's economy is pretty bad shape. Catalonia will do much better on her own.

You're joking, right?  Its hard to tell on the internet.

Naturally, the secession of Catalonia has the EU oligarchy shaking in their jackboots.  The globalists are struggling to keep the EU intact.  Last year, Britain voted to leave.

That's what I said. Tyrants will oppose them at every opportunity.

The vote to split has succeeded. Haven't heard any other details yet.

I tried to introduce the topic in a different way because poltics plays such a big part in it with these pseudo-libertarians. They're likely going to be on the side of the Catalonians but if it was a group splitting from the US they would more likely be the opposite.

And I have a feeling that people of your persuasion would be asking that the cops break lots of heads, Kent state style. Would that be right?

I support the right of the Calatonians to secede as well as any US State that wants to secede.  But then I'm a liberal and you're just a leftist

Greg Gutfeld - I became a conservative by being around liberals and I became a libertarian by being around conservatives

Matt Stone - I hate conservatives, but I really f'ing hate liberals
