Sounds like what happened with "The Flying Imams" and then they won their lawsuit against U.S. Airways.

They were trying to get USAir to sell them guns?

If they want to uphold their libertarian principles then they'll have to lose their licences.
After all this time, you still fail to understand anything about libertarian/classical liberal principles.

If he passed the smell test then that's saying that having 12 rifles converted to machine guns doesn't smell bad.

In his defense, the way he converted them was apparently legal. it was said that it wasn't a method of turning a legal !R-15 into a full automatic weapon.

That must have been decided in a court and the NRA gungoons won.

Getting any hints on what the problem is? something to do with poliiticians needing to cover their asses by having a flawless record of support for the NRA?

From your point of view, it is in fact the fault of bureaucrats who are unable to precisely define an "automatic" weapon. From wht I know, the devices the shooter do turn his rifle into an automatic weapon and are therefore highly illegal... But because the technocrats who wrote the "rules and regulations" don't know that a double action revolver fires every time you pull the trigger (Gasp! Shock! Fear and Trembling!) they wrote "rules and regulations" that allow legal workarounds.

In any case, there is simply no authority to prevent anyone from having a machine gun... There are simply laws which are supposed to make misuse of any weapon into a serious felony, a capital crime even.

I told you what the problem is and it's nothing to do with single action, double action, or quadruple inaction. It is:

donworryboutit, there's an NRA member already thinking up some way to beat the new record. One who can't get an erection anymore from killing songbirds.

Pitiful. Just because you tortured and killed neighborhood pets in your youth doesn't mean everyone is like you.

Or they rename small animals as varmints and then go and kill them while spanking their monkies.

There are quite a few small animals that have been considered varmints for a very long time, since before the NRA existed even. I have a farmer friend who welcomes people onto his farm to shoot groundhogs. I'm sure you wouldn't know why.

Anyway, having Paddock pass the "smell test" proves that current "gun control" measures affect only law abiding people, which everyone has known for a long time. The latest incident also adds more credibility to the contention that "gun free zones" are safe killing fields for criminals.

The point is to have an excuse to ban and confiscate all guns isn't it? Why not just be honest about it?

You've hit on something important in your country:

Gun free zones are safe killing fields for criminals!
and you didn't say:
All zones are safe killing fields for criminals in America!

It's become just entertainment with you Jeff so I won't bother to argue your idea that somebody wants to take away all your guns.

I'll just say that it's true and I know who wants to do it comrad!

Exactly. And you want to make all of America into a gun free killing zone.

That's just a fact, easily derived from your posts.
