And the stats say there's one 'mass' shooting every day now.
Really? What "stats" are those Donat dear?

O.k. I'm finished and it was good for me too, even though I'm down to about once a week.

So now back to packing heat when you go to church so you can talk to your imaginary friend in his own house!

I almost never go to Church and I never carry a gun unless I'm hunting or at the range.

More people who do go to church will start carrying guns now, and will be safer because of it.

What about those "stats" you promised showing there's a mass shooting everyday now?

Most likely is that those people felt no need to take guns into their Church. After this, more will. Donat will talk about gungoons in the Congregation being evil and dangerous.

No, I'll just laugh a bit more. It's another step toward giving up your right to live in relative safety without fear of beinig shot in your church or your children and grandchildren being shot dead in their schools.

And for what? Because the government wants to take away all your guns. Good enough reason for me!

There has never been and can never be a right to live without "fear" in the sense that you mean it in that post.  Because you are speaking "fear" of real danger.  The only way for us to be free of fear of real danger would be to eliminate all real dangers.

That is a logical impossibility because a government powerful enough and intrusive enough to even try to eliminate all real dangers would itself be more dangerous than the dangers it proposes to eliminate.

According to that link a mass shooting is one where at least 4 people are shot.

Yes, the Gun Violence Archive.

More about them here-

Your link seems to make one point worth considering and that is it separated 'defensive use of a gun' from mass shootings. I don't see how there's a difference and the link doesn't say.

The other point it makes, or actually fails to make, is that it doesn't say that there aren't at least on average, one mass shooting a day. That would include 'defensive' shooting I gues?

So are there or are there not, roughly 365 mass shootings a year in the US?

Defensive included? Sure!

Here's another link from CNN saying there was 372 mass shootings in the US in 2015.

True? False?
