How do other states deal with the hiring of people who aren't white? I can tell you that Canada, as far as I know, doesn't need any affirmative action laws.
You admit so few non-whites, I can't imagine it comes up very often.
Or maybe non-whites just don't want to come to Canada.  Hard to blame them after reading this:

For shame . . .

By eliminating the racism which causes the need for affirmative action.

Which I guess brings us full circle to the need to ban any and all discrimination. Just create a situation in which there is no need.

May I suggest 'socially responsible government'? That which would be the most repugnant to Texans as an example.

No problem.  There are areas of overlap.

So you disagree with the constitutional protections against discrimination?
What are you talking about? The government has no power to discriminate, nor does it have power to violate individual rights of freedom of association.

Monkey boy, for now it's best that children should be seen as being present, and not heard.

Since you have nothing to say, that pretty much applies to you.

They are prohibitions that act against state governments, and they had proved to be necessary. I approve of them.

But you do or don't like the parts of the constitution that forbid discrimination by businesses against clients of color?

That constitution just can't be applicable in an atmosphere of racism. The racism has to be eliminated first.

And for that matter your 2nd. amendment can't be applicable either in a country gone berserk with guns that are meant as weapons of war for killing human beings.

What parts of the Constitution are you referring to? I can't find them. Nor can I find any power granted to Congress that would allow passage of such laws.

Your thought processes are defective.
