This is the lead story today. Click on the National Right to Work link to the right on this forum page.

It will lead you to this-

It's a very important case. Deciding it correctly could eliminate a lot of injustice and corruption in our governments.

This will be a 5-4 slamdunk for your supreme court. It looks like the US is going to win the race to the bottom after all.

everybody will soon have the right to work for minimum wage very soon. And then the scotus will eliminate minimum wage laws and there will be no limits on workers rights at all!

Get rid of OSHA and it's a completely done deal!

Are there no prisons? Are there no work houses?

OSHA has no concerns with minimum wage.

Yeah, the Donat is an agitator. He cares nothing for the truth.

What the court will be looking at and hopefully overturning, are "New Deal" era laws that that give special privileges to unions.

I meant to link to this. It references all the "legal" privileges that our government has granted to unions. Actually just the top 10.

Your mistake was trying to make sense of Don's non sequiturs.  Its his favorite tactic, a list of unrelated premises.

OSHA has everything to do with workers' rights. Running an unsafe sweat shop has been proven to be more productive and without OSHA there will be no wristslap for employers who choose to do just that.

It's happening all over Asia and we hear about it quite often. Workers being injured or killed in the workplace and no comeback on the factory owners that allow it to happen.

Bringing jobs back to America will depend on loosening up safety regulations of course.

And you have the corporate psychopath in power that is going to make it so. Small tradeoff right?

I thought you were better than that ahhell.

Piss off Donat dear. People should read the link rather than your babbling.

Unions aren't the only problem here,  the real problem is cronyism between the government, the unions and the contractors, but unions are certainly a big part of the problem.

OSHA's belligerent to employers and businesses and destroys jobs
