Granted by who or what?

It is a natural right, and that natural right of the colonists was not being denied or infringed by anyone prior to the beginning of the Revolutionary War, when the Kings soldiers were told to disarm  them.

Ok, I agree.

I may have missed you answer as to whether the right to bear arms is absolute for a free person.  Does it include high explosives, flamethrowers, dirty bombs, suitcase nukes?

Maybe I'll look for Jefferson's idea on the subject...

Everybody already knows it... Why should I bother, except that I like to read Jefferson...

Have you read, "Jefferson on Sound Management of Cattle, Swine, Negroes, Poultry and other Livestock," or "How to Rape Slaves and Influence Chattel?"

Bear your arms and bear the consequences. Millions of Americans have died gun related deaths over the lack of faring the issue head on.

We will watch and snicker at the ignorance on display!

Why would you ask? Do you know anyone who thinks those things will be useful to them? For what purpose?

Does he mention anything about the current topic, the right to keep and bear arms?
