A victory for all libertarians.

And a victory for the Dems accordinig to the polls that blame Trump.

Americans will bleed because of the psychopath they elected to be their president.

Not a big deal, our country will function just fine with the non-essential departments temporarily furloughed.

USPS still delivers the mail/packages,,,, welfare recipients still get their hand-outs.,,,, The FAA still man the control towers,,,, the FCC still monitors the air waves,,,

The only people who might be affected by the shutdown are people who were planning a trip to a National Park or Monument.

Those are considered "non-essential", and will not be open during the shutdown.

And your new 'fee' scheme will take care of the taxman's needs which will immediately be eliminated.

Can you expand on your new plan some more? What are the 'etc., etc.' fees that will replace income taxation? Will it be necessary to tax fee bicycles being ridden on government roads?

To be technical, sort of critical minded perhaps, Trump is the head of the Executive branch of the national government.

He was put in that position using the forms of our electoral system.

It's not a fee - it's a tax. It's different from income tax because it it not compulsory.  If you don't want to pay a Gasoline Tax,  you can drive an electric car.  Or take the bus. The choice is yours.  With income tax, there is no choice. You pay the tax or you go to jail.

It's not nearly as complicated as you're  pretending.
