There could be no land ownershipp without government granting some sort of written titles.

The rules are, don't steal what belongs to someone else. That applies to both real and personal property.

There could be no ownership of food and clothing without government "granting some sort of written titles" makes just as much sense.

Property is the most basic tenet of libertarian philosophy. If you people can't come to a consensus about how it works, your philosophy is intellectually worthless.
Property doesn't ''work", guaranteeing individual ownership of property does. Libertarians are universally agreed on that. Property ownership is a Natural Right.

Meanwhile, in S. Africa, the Communist ANC is about to cause great economic hardship for everyone who lives in S. Africa-

Keep watching. You'll see the creation of another Zimbabwe.

Sure, the rules are 'don't steal' other people's property.

If you lay claim to a piece of land but don't have any proof it's yours, why should I believe you? I'm just going to come along and build a house on that piece of land and claim it to be mine.

Who says which house has to go? Your friend? My friend?

Your most valid claim on the land will probably be your gun. So somebody's going to get shot!

Because I have proof that I bought the property from the previous owner.

I don't claim to own anything I don't actually own.

If someone lays claim to land that you claim, having proof that you own it makes it yours.

Your's is the way of tribal barbarians for tens of thousand of years.

Enforced individual rights to property are better.
