If all property is privately owned then they won't be on my land unless they want to work it.  If they don't then I shoot them for trespassing.

Even in Spain they cordon off the poor into fenced in areas where they live in home made shacks.  That seems to be better both ways than it is now here
The Spanish have basically been either fascists or communists since Spain became a nation...

If the idea is to have a free economy that allows more opportunities to more people, "cordoning off the poor" sounds like a great way to prevent them from every entering into and participating in the economy... And that's what will result in having fewer poor people. That and ending the welfare state. And returning to the limited government created by our Constitution. And recognizing that the limits on Congress' power to tax still exist and must be followed, and that the taxation of wages and salaries is Direct taxation.

Very convincing.  Yes, it's better to have them live, sleep and shit on the sidewalks.  Very convincing.  ODD is a peculiar disease, you really will argue anything.  You'll argue against points you just made, you'll argue against libertarianism, you'll argue anything.

On another subject, did you figure out the difference between the middle east and the midwest yet?

I disagree. It's better to let local governments decide what to do about such things. If the people of San Francisco want to have people living in squalor on their sidewalks, let them. Most cities and towns don't allow that sort of thing to happen, and I'm not about to try to decide for them how to deal with it, or deny them the power of taking action to prevent it, with some exceptions... One being gathering them together in concentration camps, which I think is a violation of their rights.

What would qualify a poor person to be released from being "cordoned off"? Is it essentially a life sentence?

No where in the discussion did we talk about what level of government.  So you "disagree" with something I didn't say?  Of course you do.   This is just you and your whiskey fueled ODD BS again

You didn't say this: "Yes, it's better to have them live, sleep and shit on the sidewalks."?

Neither did I.

Our government isn't bombing people in the mid-west yet? Smiley

You can't shoot people for trespassing unless you're the King.

When I said we should get them off the streets, you objected to it, yes.  That's what they are doing now.

I did not advocate the Federal government do that, however.   You just made that up

Correct.  And the middle east still isn't in the United States like you said it was
