Former British General cut off because he strayed from the propaganda line.

Why would Assad launch a chemical attack at this time? LOL

Anybody reminded of John Cleese's Monty Phython clips?
And now for something completely different!

Only because I know it makes you tense if no one replies, once again, out of my general love for humanity, I will try to help you by replying.

Do you feel better?

Yes, war and threats of war are political tools (unless they are defensive wars, which can be hard to figure out when it's stuff like the Chinese Communists fighting the Chinese Nationalists for control of China after China had been devastated by war), and politicians conceive of, start and direct wars.

It's not improved at all from when FDR and Truman told Eisenhower how to go about the war in Europe.

Edit: When politicians have ends in mind other than defeating the invaders or attackers, you can be certain that "progressives" are behind the wars.

It is also by now well proven from observed evidence that politicians like wars that America doesn't (isn't allowed) to win, and that MICs everywhere love wars that never end.
