The trouble is Chief, most Americans are cowardly and usually go for their guns first. That's a big part of why you need all your guns. You might be threatened by a big black guy and you don't want to just back down. Your guns are used as an equalizer.

In Canada you don't shoot your face off to anybody you judge you can't handle. Even moreso in Australia, you watch your mouth!

You missed my joke.   Oh well.   On review, it's not very funny.  No laughing man for me.   Embarrassed

Nothing you have ever said is too deep for me to miss Chief.

Can you turn your stupid remark on some races having a lower IQ than others, into a joke?

Yep. I saw a guy punch someone in the face, knock him down, and then laugh.

That was Snarky Sack who floated that idea.

I jokingly responded:

A person's intellect depends on his environment.  A stupid person can survive/function just fine in a city where everything he needs is readily available.

In the Arctic, or in the desert, stupid people usually die.

And AlayneLeung has pulled a fast on you, I see  -  it went right over your head.  (the perpetual motion machine nonsense).

You must read the description of the device to get the joke.  It uses electric fans to propel itself through the water. LOL!!   Smiley

He recommends rechargable batteries to POWER THE ELECTRIC FANS!!!    Cheesy

It's just true. The first one, anyway.

If I throw the first punch, then I was right to do so.

If the other guy throws the first punch, then he was wrong.

That's simple enough.

Libertarians will find a way for themselves to be in the right and the other guy to be in the wrong.

If the NAP won't cut it, they'll resort to the mess that is civil law.

They're morally right to do this, of course, but arguably the civil lawsuit system is unconstitutional because the American Constitution specifically states a person shouldn't be punished for something that wasn't hitherto illegal. In other words, no making up laws and applying them after-the-fact to get people in trouble for an action after they already performed said action.

Crap.  I knew this would happen.

It was intended as a joke. (Not a very good one, apparently!)   Scout's honor.  Smiley

I know. But Jeff has literally done this. Tons of times.

"You're in the wrong 'cause rights!"

"Damn... Can't find any overt violation of rights... I'll sue you in civil court!!!"
