North Korea won't have nuclear weapons within a year??

Either Bolton is contemplating a hot war with N.K. or the US has plans of giving N.K.'s Kim what he wants in return.

What do libertarians imagine that could be?

It's worth mentioning that the wild card is in the fact that N.K. doesn't need nuclear weapons with China at Kim's back. But that begs the question of what could the US give to China that would be seen as a worthwhile tradeoff?

So libertarians see it in these terms? Or do they see it much less in simple terms of negotiating strength of N.K., now that it has it's nuclear deterrent to US aggression?

I was Don G. but Craig owns me now.
