Either everyone having the same rights, or no one having any rights.
Good. I agree with the equality of rights as long as they are protected equally under the laws.

No you don't. You've proven that several times.

Even if you admit I have rights now, it's too late.

The government pretends I have rights for free - I don't have to do anything for them except respect the laws.

You want me to convince you I believe certain things before I get rights.

Just selfishly, sorry, but I pick the government over the hope that I can convince someone of what I think when the burden of proof is on me and no one else is telepathic.

I have told you, many times, that I respect the rights of others. That's not good enough for you.

No, you have to convince me you actually believe that natural rights exist and that every human is born with them.

We literally had this conversation, remember?:
Jeff: You don't have rights because you're not human.
Opposition: It's nice that you're planning to blow the heads off the Vulcans when they land, since they're not humans.
Jeff: Vulcans are humans because they respect rights.
Opposition: I respect rights.
Jeff: Not good enough.

This moral relativism of yours is exactly what lets government take this freedom, then that freedom, until we have lost them all.

I'm not about to extend equally protected human rights to animals, and you have never said anything but that you are an animal.

All your whining and crying are purely a result of your own decisions (or perhaps a result of you recognizing the reality?) that you are an animal.
