I would have to say that the answer is "nobody's," but I would challenge those who advocate taxation to describe whose rights a tax avoider violates and how.

The answer is: Everybody else's rights but your own. Getting into a detailed explanation for you would just be too mundane to bother with.

Libertarians can decide to live in isolation with their ideas and nobody will pay much attention. If the day ever came when they became a significant part of the poplation and they tried to put some of the more outrageious ideas to the test, the rest of society would be forced to deal with them in a meaningful and foreceful way.

A small Liberland somewhere out in the wilderness can be tolerated by ignoring it. If they got too close to society it would become an issue.

This is why so many libertarian notions must be reformed and amended to make some sense.

Libertarian ideology was established a long time ago.  There wont be any reforms or amendments.

Libertarians will always be opposed to taxes:

"The Libertarian Party is fundamentally opposed to the use of force to coerce people into doing anything. We think it is inherently wrong and should have no role in a civilized society. Thus, we think that government forcing people to pay taxes is inherently wrong."

You should look for more socialist political ideologies - like the Green Party.

They favor:

• heavy progressive taxes on corporations.

• Universal Basic Income  (redistribution of wealth)

• Heavy PROGRESSIVE TAXATION on the wealthy - NO Flat Tax.

I think the Green Party is the Party for you, Dink!

As I just finished saying on another thread,  you are resigned to failure of the libertarian party. you'll have to find that to understand what I meant. Otherwise, there's no value in going around in circles with your stubbornness.

Not mine. I don't give a flying tarbat what other people do.

This moral relativism of yours is exactly what lets government take this freedom, then that freedom, until we have lost them all.

You're frustrated and very emotional right now - I get it.

I encourage you take a closer look at the Green Party.  They have some very socialist/Marxist ideas on Income Tax, which I think you'll really like:

• heavy progressive taxes on corporations.

• Universal Basic Income  (redistribution of wealth)

• Heavy PROGRESSIVE TAXATION on the wealthy - NO Flat Tax.

Libertarianism is not going to change, evolve, be modifed, or amended, Dink.  You're going to become even more frustrated if you continue with these delusions.

I'll switch to another agenda to support long before frustration sets in. Right now I'm feeling euphoria at the prospect of a new revised agenda. I'll let you know in lots of time before I leave.

You're on a fool's errand, Dink.

Why ignore the Green Party agenda?  If the shoe fits...

Accepting taxation as a necessary evil that is very dangerous and must be strictly limited doesn't make me an advocate of taxation does it?

No.

So I won't answer.
