You plan to sell shares in aircraft carriers and nuclear submarines and cruise missiles and nuclear bombs and stuff? How will that work? Will they be privately owned or will we be buying defense bonds or something?

How much will it cost to buy a nuke? If I own a controlling interest in a nuke, do I get to call the shots so to speak?
