So there's no standard as to whether you can shoot someone for walking down the street with the lawn mower.  Seriously?  We don't need any standard other than just random judgement?

And seriously, you're the one who always wants exact all or nothing hyperbolic standards.  Now suddenly no standard at all other than judgement is fine with you?
