Saying it was not a slip.  The slip was posting it on Skychief's thread, since Skychief is a libertarian.

My intent was to catch the less libertarian libertarians on here by having them say, "what do you mean, provided by who?  You can't just say "must be provided." 

I was actually laying a trap for people who say, "government must be funded," etc.

I pooched it, what could I say?
