Well, duh!

Actually, you seem to have hallucinated a restriction on eminent domain that only allows it for military bases.
Your basic view of our Constitution is flawed by acceptance of the perversion of that document by the New Deal Supreme Court.

The Constitution is not a grant of unlimited power restricted only by a few prohibitions, it is a grant of specific enumerated powers. If the Constitution doesn't say the government can do something, it can't.

Public use does not include the government taking land to operate farms in competition with free enterprise. There is no Constitutional power granted to the government to operate farms, so it can't.

Public use does not include government claiming land and leasing it to specific private businesses. The is no authorization in the Constitution for the government to act as a landlord, so it can't.

Public use must relate directly to authorized enumerated powers in the Constitution, if it does not, it is not public use within the meaning of the Constitution.

At one time, a public use that would have permitted eminent domain takings would have been to acquire land to build post offices and post roads. That time has passed.

I tend to think that also, but LBM raises some points you have yet to answer.
Since you tend to agree on this, why don't you answer LBM's points?

That’s why my idea of geo-agrarian libertarianism is so brilliant

Yes, you're only for voluntary government where government owns all land and the people only rent land from the government.  And government can charge land owners whatever they want or the confiscate their land.

And renting doesn't free you.  Whatever government does to land owners the landowners have to pass along to renters.

You have come up with your socialist enslavement system for the population that allows you to achieve your two biggest priorities, confiscating guns and driving kids through government indoctrination camps that are referred to as "schools."

Want to own a gun in your system?  Just don't own land, or rent land.  As I've always pointed out, the only free people in your systems are the homeless

In a system of geo-agrarian libertarianism, homelessness won't be allowed.
