. . . With the laws of science.”
-Stephen Hawking, Brief Answers to Big Questions

This is the kind of thing that it is fine for one to believe in a libertarian system.  Flat earth, God of the Gaps, Creation from Nothing by No Creator, whatever.  Pick one  and mind your own business with it as you see fit.

But when our nation’s proud public schools are proud of disparaging and banning the religions of their students’ parents and at the same time insisting that such religious ideas as those are “settled science,” that children must parrot in order to past mandatory state testing, it is time to realize the folly of government education.

Long past time.

"Nothing" in science means zero, which is a concept much like infinity, that is, useful in mathematics but not something that exists in reality so far as we know.

Making something out of nothing isn't really a scientific concept.

Does God follow the laws of science, or did God create the laws of science? Are there even such things as laws of science, or is the very idea of scientific law a human construct?

The Left just hates Christianity because it facilitates white people breeding, and doing so responsibly, getting married, raising their kids with discipline and love, being successful, and all that jazz. It has nothing to do with science.

And you can see this in how unscientific their objections to religion are. They'll pick up on any authority figure whose clout is sufficient to intimidate people into agreeing, lest they begin to fear that they might be stupid.

As an atheist, I detest illogical atheists who have an agenda other than Reason much more than I detest Christians who believe the wrong things for the right reasons.

I even agree with the Left's agenda in this case. White people probably shouldn't have kids. If you're a good person, but you know you have the seed of hate and genocide in you, and that it could rear its ugly head again, why would you risk it?

It still doesn't excuse disparaging peoples' well-intentioned beliefs.

This moral relativism of yours is exactly what lets government take this freedom, then that freedom, until we have lost them all.

This is quite an irrational statement. I think your virulent bigotry is warping your mind completely.

Well if I didn't say that, you'd just get on me for my bigotry in the first statement, which unlike the bigotry you quoted, is bannable, despite being a simple statement of fact.

It's because of racism police like you that people have to be more PC on this forum.

You're the one who says I can't risk you by having a tiger. What about all the white people who could give birth to the next Hitler? Why should they risk it?

I don't know what "first statement" you are referring to, but I'm not surprised it also exposed your bigotry.

I'm not in favor of banning bigoted statements.

If you want to give us all the reasons you think non-white people shouldn't breed (something you have already done) I think that's just fine.

What about the chance that black people breeding will produce another Idi Amin? Or that Asians breeding will produce another Genghis Kahn or another Mao?

Not to mention that the Left has a goal of tearing down the US at its foundations in order to build their Socialist paradise. We are a nation founded on Judeo-Christian values, that stands in the way of all good Comrades.

What the actual crappity smack? Like are you serious with this line of thought? THAT is racist, pure and utter hate, I dont care how you try to dress it up. That kind of crap has no place in decent society. All peoples, regardless of skin color/personal views/religion/etc... have the right to have children and live life.

On a side note, I love how the Left will smack you in the face with Science every chance they get... right up until Science does not align with their argument. Then Science doesn't matter

True, the Left are notorious for their shameless hypocrisy and double-standards.

I see that behavior in all political views, but it seems to be worse on the left side of the spectrum.  I used to be a staunch conservative, until i started to see the hypocrisy on the right too. By the end of W.'s 1st term I found myself heading more to the center and eventually discovered that I aligned with Libertarian more than anything.  When I was still in the Army I tended to vote R every time, because that was generally good for the Military.  Now I view the world through a wiser set of eyes, I think.

Is tolerance of other beliefs a Judeo-Christian value? I guess it must be, because the U.S. is founded on the idea of freedom of religion, which includes the freedom to not be religious at all as well as the freedom to worship as you please.
