Terrible way to hire people.

Then again, this is why prostitution should be legal.

Why pay to rent a cow when you can just milk your employees?

This moral relativism of yours is exactly what lets government take this freedom, then that freedom, until we have lost them all.

Legal prostitution is upfront about the service requested.
It adheres to voluntary exchange of supply and demand.

This other way is just demeaning to people.

One of my businesses is real estate investment (a.k.a. house flipping Smiley ).  Three weeks ago I went to see a flat this gal was selling and we were negotiating the price and came to a stalemate.  I told her that if she was willing to have sex with me right on the floor that I would buy the house immediately afterward.  She said no but a few days later I got an email from her asking me if the offer still stands.  So she invited me to just swing by her apartment but I refused. A deal is a deal so we met at the house and went at it on the floor.  I was able to turn a lose-lose situation into a win-win.  Both parties are happy.

Are you confusing prostitution with rape?

Illegal prostitution is also a voluntary exchange.  You quote a price and she says yes or no so how are you demeaning her (or him)?

You're such a vile person! Sad

He certainly is.  On the other hand, I suspect he'd have to pay his female employees well above the average he paid his male employees.  I suspect they'd also still find themselves frustrated by work at the end of the day.

In fairness, you're right.
Minimum wage laws were created to price blacks out of the labor market because they were willing to work for cheap.

Plus, if the wage gaps really existed, people would only ever hire women.

Ding, ding, ding!  And we have a winner!  This is exactly what would happen

There are different theories as to why the minmum wage was created.  For sure it was not created so you could raise a family of it.

Yep, that people can't raise a family on the minimum wage is the dumbest argument ever.  Why would a teen in their first job need to earn a wage to support a family?  Why would anyone pay them such a wage?  They wouldn't.

The minimum wage in inner cities is insidiously evil.  Black teenage unemployment is 50%, and the minimum wage is a big reason.  Ironically, many of them work for drug dealers for less than minimum wage because drug dealers aren't constrained by that law.

And why can't black inner city teens be paid minimum wage?  Because the black businesses can't afford to pay them that because their poor black customers can't pay the prices they would have to pay.

Democrat economics, a gift that just keeps on giving ...

Work harder, develop your skills to make yourself more valuable.  Then your employer will value you or you can fire them and go to one who does.  You are treated what you are worth, so if you're treated this way by your employer, you are a worthless employee.  Just a guess, but it's probably your attitude
