LGBQTXYZ stuff is just a fad.  No straights actually support it in their hearts.  They just act so in order to look enlightened.  You ask any straight couple if they would be happy if their son turned out fagg0t and the answer will be NO or at best a hesitant yes while smiling behind their teeth.

I would agree that LGBTQ ideology, like "everyone is a little bit gay" is foolish.

But equality of marriage law is a Constitutional right.

Perhaps, but there is no marriage law and marriage is not a constitutional right.  Find a law that says you can or cannot marry a tree.

States had tried to define marriage against interracial marriages. Loving v. Virginia overturned state laws that disallowed marriages between two interracial people. Just because there is no federal law doesn't mean that states haven't tried to intervene.

Marriage is pretty much regulated by state laws.  I am just saying that there is no constitutional right to marriage.  That is why the faggots didn't have a right to marry.

Ah but then there is the 9th Amendment:

"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

Marriage would inevitably be enumerated here.

Nope, 9th is talking about individual rights too.  When it only concerns yourself.  right to travel, the right to vote, the right to keep personal matters private and to make important decisions about one’s health care or body.  Marriage takes more than just you.

An individual has the right to marry who they choose to marry. Not sure what is so hard to understand about that.

I am not gay, and I see my personal sexuality as irrelevant to the argument. Personal qualities don't form the basis of an argument.
