I'm not asking about what will happen in court, or what is provable, but about basic property rights.

If it really is the Jew's painting, and the Jew's kid wants it back from the Nazi's kid, whose painting is it really?

What kind of question is that?

My question was about property rights. Please answer it. The original owner is dead, as is the thief.

This moral relativism of yours is exactly what lets government take this freedom, then that freedom, until we have lost them all.

And good riddance to the thief! Smiley You say you want his spawn to inherit what he stole?

That's the way Kings did it... Let's try to move beyond that, OK?

Libertarians can't answer one question not about digital property not about inheriting stolen property.

Come to a socialist forum they will answer whatever you ask.

Listen to them dude if Blizzard puts the Vulpine Familiar on your account by mistake then you owe them the money for it whether you wanted it or not that is crazy. They will just make lots of mistakes then.

Of course, it's easy for them. Nobody owns anything, so nothing can be stolen or inherited. If someone takes the product of your labor, it's because they needed it. You can feel good that you have helped while you work as hard as you can to produce more. Smiley
