The old man shot the trespasser as he was fleeing the scene.  That's a fact.

The old man lied to police when he told them he fired his handgun as the pickaxe man approached him.

The police report said the pickaxe man suffered a single bullet wound to the back of the neck.   Pickaxe man was obviously running away.

It was murder, and the old man (Meyer) was charged with murder.

Meyer's lawyer will instruct him to plead not guilty / self defense.   Meyer lied to police and juries don't like that.

Meyer will be convicted of a lesser offense - possibly second degree murder, or voluntary manslaughter.

Official prediction #023.

Where did the bullet enter his neck? Did it hit the spine? Where did it come out?

Did he leave the guy out there to bleed out after he shot him?

You just don't read shit, do you?  Fukk, look at what the Chief said.

Your comprehension level is ridiculously low.

Oppo pisses me off because he sings the same tune every day but part of the reason is that you are too stupid to understand what his point is.

There are many ways to secrety win with force and aggression. You can easily badger others to comply with any demand by saying all who disagree are close-minded, untrendy, uneducated, hateful, unprogressive, and bigots. This manipulates others into agreeing to the demands out of an attempt to deny the titles the attacker has claimed.

You can run a sit-in and occupy anyone's property, shutting down the area until the neighborhood gives in to your demands. You don't need a bomb or to take human hostages when you can take over the business they need for income or make the neighborhood in which they live unpeaceful while you wait for their capitulation. In the long run, masses with desire for personal gain always defeat law, order, and sense.

Do you understand his point you fukken drunk?  How come you can't even understand me?  I am as clear as can be.

The "back of the neck" isn't very specific.

In the back, did you read the story?

Don't know, probably

If it came out, it came out the front.  Did you read the story?

Yes, did you read the story?

So is there a spot where I could shoot you someone in the back of the neck as you they were running way that would make it not murder?

Asking for a friend.

No, but if I wasn't killed instantly, and you had a chance to save my life after you shot me, and didn't try, it could be the difference between second degree murder and first degree murder.

It's possible to be shot in the back of the neck and not die at all...

Not outside your house.

But if you shot an intruder in the back of the neck while he is INSIDE your home, that is not murder.

The Castle Doctrine allows a person to use deadly force against an intruder who breaks and enters.

It doesn't specify which parts of the intruder's body you may exert deadly force on, so we can assume that any part of the body is a fair target.

(Castle Doctrine is the principle that one is justified in the use of deadly force to protect one's home and its inhabitants from intruders, without being obliged to retreat.)

Governments will always devise ways to deprive an honest man of his money or property, and claim that it's legal.

And so again, Jeff argues both sides at the same time

That the shooter didn't call and lied to the police after the shooting was a big part of the problem too.  I know you know that since you mentioned it in a prior post
